Terms of Service

1. Our services

ideAI provides AI video production, brand design, and static and dynamic content. The scope, deliverables, price, and timeline of each project are agreed in writing, for example by email, before work begins. If a written quote differs from these terms, the quote applies to that project.

2. Pricing

• Prices shown on the site are base rates in US dollars and are starting prices.
• Projects with greater complexity, such as detailed scenes, multiple characters, or extensive brand requirements, cost more.
• Videos longer than 60 seconds are quoted individually.
• We confirm the final price with you before work starts. Changes to scope after that may change the price.

3. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed for it. Any revisions beyond those are quoted and agreed with you before we do them. A request that changes the agreed brief substantially is treated as new work and quoted separately.

4. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with you and is not taken through this website. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.

5. Timelines and feedback

Delivery dates are estimates and depend on you providing materials and feedback promptly. Delays on your side may move the schedule.

6. Your materials and responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to give us any logos, images, text, or other materials you supply, and that using them as instructed does not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for any claim arising from materials you provide.

7. AI-generated content

Parts of our work are produced with AI tools. We review output with care and do not knowingly copy third-party works. However, because AI output is generated, we cannot guarantee that it is unique or that similar content does not exist elsewhere. You should review final work before you publish it.

8. Ownership and portfolio use

• Once you have paid in full, you may use the final delivered work for the purposes agreed in the project.
• We keep ownership of our working files, prompts, tools, and methods.
• We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing, before or during the project, to keep it confidential.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your brief and unpublished materials as confidential and use them only to do your project. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

10. Using this website

The site's design, text, and our own work are protected by copyright. Client names, logos, and products shown belong to their owners and appear only to show our past work. Please do not copy or reuse them, and do not misuse the site or try to disrupt it.

11. Limits of liability

We take care with our work but provide the site and services without any promise beyond what is agreed in writing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and otherwise handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

13. Changes and contact
